Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation notice in writing via fax should be received by the hotel at least 72 hours prior to the arrival.
- Cancellation received less than 72 hours will be charged with one night stay.
- No-show will be charged with the entire period of stay reserved.
In the event of failure to give the required notice for cancellation and reduction in accommodation numbers, the resort reserves the right to charge a fee equal as same as No Show Policy.

- Your credit card detail for guarantee the booking is required at the time of reservation.
- Booking Acknowledgement will be sent you automatically after your credit card guarantee. Please print out and show it with valid passport or ID card upon check-in at the hotel.
- Payment will be made directly at the hotel upon check-in either by cash or by credit card.
